Does creating content even work?
Short answer. Yes.

My intention was to just help you make the best version of your endurance business during COVID, but these videos and blogs appear to have done something else too.
Since the first week of April, my Google search traffic has been climbing, and I think this kind of regular content can help you boost your own rankings and get more traffic to your website.

Hey, Cam here from Training Tilt. Today, I wanted to show you something a little bit interesting with my Google search stats.
Every month, I get an email from Google with some stats about how I'm doing in my search rankings. What I'm viewing at the moment is the total impressions, which is basically when someone sees my website page from what they are searching. The stats that we're looking at is from the past three months -- February, March and April.
I can see that at the beginning of April, my stats really started to climb. It was at the end of March when I started creating these videos, posting them all to my blog and all over social media. So, you'll see, about a week after I started doing that, my stats really started to climb.
I think that's due to Google being clever enough to figure out that websites that are creating regular relevant content for their specific audience will end up ranking better and getting more impressions in their search results. People will be searching for things, and if you have regular content, your website will show up more than other people's websites and will get more impressions.
So I think this is really good, and I think it would be great if you guys also experimented with your own website, and maybe take 30 days of creating blogs or videos, posting them on your website and social, and just try to make the content relevant and useful for your own audiences.
So for tomorrow's video, I'll show you how to set up your Google Search Console and Google Analytics if you haven't got that set up already. These tools will help you start tracking your own stats and hopefully make a difference to your own business.
Anyway, until tomorrow. Thanks for watching and I will talk to you soon!
