Meeting Booking App - Lifetime Deal

Quite often, coaches ask me whether we have a feature in Training Tilt that enables meeting or calendar bookings without having to exchange unnecessary emails.

We do not at the moment, but we do have plans to build that in. However, this is a very big feature, so much so that there are single platforms dedicated to only offering this service.

Last week I came across a lifetime deal on a software product that I have been testing out. It's really nice, and I may just replace my Calendly account with it, which I currently use for taking demo bookings. It's only $49 for a one-time payment and you get lifetime access. Can't really go wrong.

This tool called Harmonizely, is a great scheduling/booking tool that you can connect your calendar to.

It supports Google Calendar, Outlook, and a few others -- It will read your calendar and make sure your time gets blocked if you have something already scheduled. You'll be able to send a link or embed this on your website, including Training Tilt's platform.

Branding

You can set up your calendar with your brand colors. This will help your potential clients know and trust that it is you they are about to book a call or demo with.

Meeting Types

You can have a specific booking or meeting types set up. You can customize this for one-on-one bookings, initial interviews with potential clients, product demos and so much more. You can set the duration of the meetings for this and set up the URL to reflect the type of meeting it is. You can also specify different availability times for each meeting type.

Zoom Integration

If you have a Zoom account, it will automatically generate the zoom link for the call.

Automatic Timezone Conversions

This will help you see your schedule in your own timezone, but when your potential client books time with you, the platform automatically converts your available time to their own timezone.

Availability

You can customize your available hours, and as a meeting is scheduled, it will block out your scheduled meeting time automatically so you are not double booked. You can do this per meeting type.

Clean User Interface

It's very simple for your potential clients or clients to see when they are booked in with you. No confusing calendar and shows the description of each meeting type.

Custom Fields

If you need to collect further information, you can add that to the form prior to them officially booking the call. When they book the call they can fill in the extra details and that will be recorded inside your booking and on your calendar.

Embeddable

If you want to use the platform, they provide a code you can embed into your website, including your Training Tilt site.
