We've got a good set of changes rolling out to the mobile apps this week. The main Training Tilt mobile app should already be live in the Android store and the iPhone version is currently rolling out incrementally, and should be available to everyone within the next few days. For our Ultimate plan or White Label plan customers who have their own apps, the new versions will be rolling out over the next week or so.
We've made a couple of bug fixes along with some layout changes on the workout view and a new long awaited screen for the client notes feature we have in the web app.

Bug Fixes
We've fixed the scrolling issue many were experiencing where when the calendar opened it scrolled into the past or the future rather than to the current day. We 've change the implementation of how that works so now it should consistently scroll to todays date for everyone.
There was also an issue uploading images to social groups on Android that we've fixed along with fixing issues on some devices where links in the workout descriptions were not clickable.
Workout Detail Screen
This screens layout has changed, you will now see a title and summary of workout duration and intensity, a dropdown for any downloadable files and the the "Send to device" buttons.
The structured workout chart now shows multiple target types for each interval if they've been configured.
Inline Videos and Recipes
Any Videos or Recipes linked to a workout now show below the workout detail itself so there is no need for an extra click to view them.
Reorganized Workout Tabs
We have reorganized the workout tabs. We no longer have a separate downloads tab or map tab. The downloads have moved to the main detail tab and the map has moved into the analysis tab. There are also now individual tabs for a workout conversation and Feel Score and Actual Perceived Exertion now has it's own tab.
New Conversation View
Workout comments is now a conversation view with separated comments. This matches to our new view in the web app.
New Analysis View
The analysis view is now similar to the new analysis screens we have in the mobile app along with expandable charts.
Notes and Messages
The "Client Notes" feature is now available in the mobile app and we've used a more conversation based user interface to better reflect how coaches and clients have been using the feature. You can still add private notes (shown in yellow for coaches) and notes that you want your clients to be able to see and respond to.
Both coaches and clients can use the mobile app for notes and messages now, coaches can easily switch between different clients using the client selector.
We have also introduced the new conversation view of notes into the web version, coaches can see that under the Communication menu. For now the old notes screen still works and data remains in sync between them.
Important Note: The new view of notes and message is turned off by default on the app and for client accounts on the web. You can turn this on for your clients in the menu customizations screen and also on the mobile app settings screen. Screenshots below on how to do this. We will switch it to on by default over the next few weeks.

Turning On Notes Conversation View
Web App
You can turn the new notes view on in the web app from Settings - Platform Settings then the menu customizations option. Like most menu items you can customize the Title for your clients.
Mobile App
Go to Settings - Mobile App Settings to turn it on in the mobile app. Make sure you hit save after you switch it on.
What's Next?
We want to keep some momentum going with mobile app updates so we are looking at making some improvements to the social groups and group chat features over the next few weeks as well as adding the "Performance" feature that is currently live on the web app into the mobile app.
Also hit me up if there is something else specific you'd like to see in the mobile app that's already available on the web app and I'll take a look at it and see if it makes sense and what effort would be involved.
Have a great week!
