Tricamp is a collaboration between Rob Dallimore and Stephen Sheldrake who are both experienced endurance sport coaches. Tricamp run various triathlon camps throughout the year at various locations around New Zealand. Tricamp were looking for a way to engage thier clients and drive registrations to thier camps in a more interactive way. Training Tilt allows Tricamp to share resources with both potential clients and also securely share information with registered camp attendees. The online store is used to allow clients to register and pay for the camps online through the Paypal payment gateway intergrated in the Training Tilt platform.
"We are a very new organisation who needed to promote to a specific market very rapidly. Training Tilt has provided us with a platform by which to do this. It is very easy to upload information, alter content and share over Social Media. Giving our clients the opportunity to login to their own members area offers a unique and valuable tool for sensitive information sharing, which can be only viewed by members. Content Management is done by a very simple and logical method. We are very happy to be using the Training Tilt platform and will continue doing so for our future ventures."
Tricamp's Website is actually using Training Tilt as it's backend engine. The site has been fully customized using the content management and design tools to integrate custom branding and logos.
Tricamp uses the Custom Pages functionality within Training Tilt for a number of things, one example is a custom page for the schedule of the next camp so that clients can review the detail of what the camp will involve.
Tricamp is currently using the online store to allow clients to register and pay for the camps that they host. Prior to using Training Tilt, Tricamp clients had to transfer the camp fees into the Tricamp's bank account manually and then seperate records had to maintained to keep track of who had registered and paid.
Tricamp uses the articles and other athlete resources to keep their audience engaged and drive business to the website by sharing links on Facebook and Twitter. Tricamp also uses the athlete resources for sharing course maps, nutritional guidelines, seminar notes and any other media that they make available to the athletes who register for the camp
